Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms cover your use of JDVapor Land (joshdluehosh.com), including Staff Forge, WriteWithMe, ChadGPT, the games and community pages. The site is run by Josh Dluehosh (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use the site. Keep your password private — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site, or your AI employees, to:

• break the law, or the rules of any service you connect (Google, Instagram, or a website you give an employee a login for);
• send spam or unwanted bulk email or messages, or impersonate someone else;
• harass people, or post illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content in public areas like the Post-It board and ScavChat;
• connect accounts you don't own or aren't authorized to use;
• try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits or security of the site.

We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.

AI employees and connected accounts

Staff Forge employees are AI. They act on your instructions, within the accounts and permissions you give them, and their work is your responsibility — including email they send, posts and replies they make, and anything they do on websites you give them a login for. Review their work, especially numbers, facts and anything sent to other people. Some actions, like purchases, require your approval first; you can disconnect any account at any time.

AI can make mistakes. Don't rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without checking it with a qualified person.

Your content

What you create stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the features you use (including sending it to our AI providers, as the Privacy Policy describes). You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. We don't claim ownership of AI output generated for you.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments aren't refundable except where the law requires, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll make it right where we can. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. We may change prices, with notice before your next renewal.

The service

JDVapor Land is run by one person and parts of it are in beta. Features may change, have usage limits, or be removed, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, or for the actions of AI employees taken on your instructions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50.

Ending your use

You can stop using the site at any time, and ask us to delete your account at joshdluehosh@gmail.com. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. If we change them, we'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell signed-in users; continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms. Questions: joshdluehosh@gmail.com.
